PartnerTap Best Practices: Manager

  • Pull up PartnerTap during your 1:1 with your salesperson
  • Login to PartnerTap and check the Rep report page. Look to see if there is pending requests. Discuss partnerships that might bring value to your salesperson.
  • Go to Outbound Opportunities report – Look at what opportunities are being shared by your salesperson’s partners 
  • Go to the Mapped Accounts report – Look at the global mapping with all your partners
  • Go to the Get Reports page– The last report is a list of all the chats between your sellers and their partners. This is a fantastic coaching tool to gain insight on who is really “partnering better”.
