Now that you have connected with your known partners you can leverage “Recommended Partners” to find additional partner users to connect with. ParterTap automatically maps users from recommended organizations to identify users that have overlapping accounts. This feature is best for users in Channel Sales Rep and Sales Rep roles so they can expand the number of partner users they are working with.

Step-by-step instructions

To view your recommended partners:

1. Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on “PARTNERS”.
2. Next, click on the sub-tab, “RECOMMENDED”.
3. Review the list of recommended partner users.
4. To connect with a partner user, click the “INVITE” button on their tile.
5. In the invite, you will need to set your sharing scope and personalize your message.
