When a connected partner shares data with you, PartnerTap instantly maps your data together and displays the results in the connected partners account overlap dashboard. Here you will see the summary level view of your mutual customers and where you each have customer/prospect overlap. If you are sharing opportunities, you will see the results of that overlap here too. Additionally, you can see breakdowns of how your accounts overlap by industry, company size, and location.
Step-by-step instructions
To view your Connected Partners account overlap dashboard:
- Navigate to the left-hand side menu and click on the “PARTNERS” tab.
- On the “CONNECTED PARTNERS” page, find the tile of the partner you want to see mapping results with and click “VIEW”.
- This will bring you to the “PARTNER DETAILS” page which has the account overlap dashboard.
